One monthly bill. No surprises.
Pick a plan, pay monthly. Two things are counted for usage: conversations and resolutions the AI handled on its own. Everything else - seats, mailboxes, knowledge sources - is included up to the plan limit.
Past the limit, the inbox keeps moving.
On a paid plan, going over a limit doesn’t lock your inbox. We add a small per-unit charge to your next invoice and keep going. Free hits a hard cap; Enterprise has no caps.

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

- Takes effect right away. We prorate the rest of the month.

- Starts at the next billing cycle. You keep what you paid for until then.
- Cancel
- One click in the billing portal. Paid access lasts through the period you paid for.
- Annual
- Pay yearly, get two months free.
